Update
Select this option to update the metadata and/or the doc folder content of the current repository whenever a file is attached to the form. After pressing Save/Check ou Save/Exit, the metadata will be updated according to the content of this form, and/or the doc folder content of the current repository will be updated according to the attached file or the files contained in the attached ZIP archive file. If any of these files exists in this folder then it is overwritten, otherwise it is added.

Remove before Update
Select this option to do everything the Update option does, and beyond that, to remove all the files previously uploaded in the doc folder (removal only occurs if some files are presently attached to the form). After pressing Save/Check ou Save/Exit, the doc folder content of the current repository will consist of just the attached file or the files contained in the attached ZIP archive file.

Move to source Directory before Update
Select this option to move all the doc folder content of the current repository to its source folder, and then to do everything the Update option does. After pressing Save/Check ou Save/Exit, the doc folder content of the current repository will consist of just the attached file or the files contained in the attached ZIP archive file. Furthermore, the source folder content of the current repository will be updated according to the files originally in doc folder. If any of these files exists in the source folder then it is overwritten, otherwise it is added.

Move back to doc Directory before Update
Select this option to move back all the source folder content of the current repository to its doc folder, and then to do everything the Update option does. After pressing Save/Check ou Save/Exit, the source folder content of the current repository will become empty. Furthermore, the doc folder content of the current repository will be updated according to the files originally in source folder. If any of these files exists in the doc folder then it is overwritten, otherwise it is added. Finally, the attached file or the files contained in the attached ZIP archive file will be added to the doc folder content of the current repository.

Update agreement Directory
Select this option to update the agreement folder content of the current repository whenever a file is attached to the form. After pressing Save/Check ou Save/Exit, the agreement folder content of the current repository will be updated according to the attached file.

Add
Select this option to add a new repository. After pressing Save/Check ou Save/Exit, a new repository will be created having as metadata the data contained in this form.

Add and Copy
Select this option to do everything the Add option does, and beyond that, to copy all the files contained in the current repository. After pressing Save/Check ou Save/Exit, a new repository will be created containing all these files. Observation: attaching a file to the form will have no effect.

Update and Finish
Select this option to finish the update phase. After pressing Save/Check ou Save/Exit, you will not be able to return to this form unless you ask the site administrator <bibdigital@inpe.br>.
